In principle, corporate management should be transparent.
While the primary objective of a corporation is to expand
its scale, its ultimate objective is to contribute to
society. To expand the management scale and to contribute
to society, the practice of confining the decision making
to only a few shareholders should be stopped.
Toward this end, the company shall establish a clear management
system that can define the social responsibility of corporations.
We shall pursue long-term management rather than seek
only short-term profits and promote transparency; thus
developing as a company that can distribute profits to
all persons involved. |

In transacting business, we shall prioritize environmental
protection. Preserving the dwindling global resources
and protecting the earth from the worsening pollution
are the top priorities of the company because doing so
allows it to protect itself. Maintaining a clean and green
environment and nurturing love for nature that cherishes
all life shall form the basis of Buhmwoo's management
philosophy. |

Transparent management and environment-friendly management
are the cornerstones on which an enterprise fulfills its
social mission. We should realize that the enterprise
will eventually fail and find no place to stay in society
no matter how sublime an objective it may have, unless
its management is ethically and morally oriented. We have
witnessed many well-known domestic and international corporations
that have suddenly collapsed and disappeared from society.
An enterprise is basically a community built for man,
and the true owner of an enterprise should always consider
society. |

There is a book titled "Customer is always Right."
If there are no customers, no enterprise will survive
or can exist. It is tantamount to saying that Buhmwoo
cannot live without air. While all officers and employees
of an enterprise recognize this fact, it is not easy to
practice such belief. Therefore, we should not look from
inside to outside but from outside to inside.
We should exert continuing efforts toward impressing upon
customers our personality, the quality of our products
and technologies, and the quality of our service. We shall
channel our whole power to practice the customer-first
principle to create loyal customers. |

We have seen how global enterprises enjoy long life.
This tells us that such enterprises have preserved and
protected their core power and have operated their businesses
based on an open policy of coping effectively with changes
while seeking growth. We shall attempt to discover what
core power Buhmwoo has and channel all our efforts and
skills toward realizing such power to create a mature
Buhmwoo. |
