In addition, BIT intends to develop products related to special-purpose oils and lubricants and production technologies, provide technical support and consultations and conduct tests, research, and investigation in areas related to the fundamental science and core technologies forming the foundation of industrial development and feedback the result to the development of products. It will also exchange technologies with other domestic and overseas research institutes, industries, colleges and technical organizations, perform commissioned research service, lend research facilities, and perform tests and analysis. Results of such activities will be reflected in the R&D activities.
